NEWSPAPER NATIONAL NETWORK APPOINTS TWO SENIOR EXECUTIVES

Lynn A. Lehmkuhl Named Senior Vice President, Sales
Paul C. Atkinson Promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development

New York - Lynn A. Lehmkuhl has been named Senior Vice President, Sales, and Paul C. Atkinson has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development, for the Newspaper National Network, LP, Jason E. Klein, NNN President and CEO announced today.

Lehmkuhl, an industry veteran, brings a deep understanding of the power of print in the advertising mix. Lehmkuhl's background includes Publisher of Ladies Home Journal, President of the Youth Group of EMAP USA, and most recently General Manager & Publisher of Yoga Journal. Lehmkuhl re-launched Ladies Home Journal which was named one of Ad Age's Top 10 Gainers of the Year in 2003. She is credited with reinventing TEEN Magazine as a shopping/celebrity title. Lehmkuhl was also launch Publisher of Nickelodeon Magazine and Vice President and Group Publisher of Walt Disney Publishing. Lehmkuhl will focus on the consumer packaged goods, shelter, apparel, and general merchandise sectors.

Atkinson is promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development, from Vice President, Business Development, and will focus on pharmaceutical, business/technology, and automotive.

"Paul had a banner year in 2005 as he opened many new doors for the newspaper industry, particularly in the pharmaceutical category," said Klein.

Prior to joining NNN in 2004, Atkinson was Senior Vice President, Advertising for The Wall Street Journal where he oversaw a global staff of 500 people. In his 24 years with Dow Jones & Company his roles included Publisher, The Wall Street Journal Europe and a sales role in Hong Kong. Atkinson also spent three years at America Online in roles including Vice President, Business Development, AOL Interactive Marketing. Atkinson graduated from Princeton University.

Both will report directly to Klein.
