A. GWYN WILLIAMS APPOINTED VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE AT NEWSPAPER NATIONAL NETWORK LP

New York -- A. Gwyn Williams, 49, has been named Vice President, Finance, for the Newspaper National Network, LP, a new position.

Williams has 17 years of financial and operational management experience in media companies. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer of Thomson Media, publisher of American Banker newspaper. Prior to Thomson, he had 14 years experience at Reed Elsevier, the Anglo-Dutch professional information publishing company, where his roles included Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration, North America, for Elsevier Science Inc in New York, and Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations for Reed Reference Publishing in New Jersey.

Williams holds a BA in Mathematics from Oxford University and gained his (UK) Chartered Accountant accreditation while at Touche Ross in London.
